Hair coloring...quick question!!!!!!?
It has certain chemicals, like ammonia and peroxide. Which is horrible on one's hair.
It can make your hair weak, brittle, dry, dull, heaps of split ends etc
So when dying your hair, you should read through the chemicals/ingredients and look and the percentage it contains.
Hair coloring...quick question!!!!!!?
Dying your hair a lot will eventually damage your hair and it will lose its natural oils and nutrients and also become dry and/or brittle, you may experience a lot of split ends and may notice you have more lose hairs in your hair brush.
Your natural hair will start to grow unhealthy.
Hair coloring...quick question!!!!!!?
it makes it weak and dry due to all the chemicals damaging it and the more you do it the worse it gets in the summer if you want highlights then sqeeze some fresh lemon juice on it then sit in the sun for half an hour you'd be suprised how nice it looks when it's done
Hair coloring...quick question!!!!!!?
There is always slight damage, but if you take care of your hair with careful brushing, frequent shampooing when your hair needs it with a gentle shampoo, and regular trims and conditioners, you will not notice it.
Hair coloring...quick question!!!!!!?
both

It's both. When I got my highlights, only the highlighted part was sooo ruined and dry and weak. Now I'm outggrowing them and my hair looks and feels way better.
Hair coloring...quick question!!!!!!?
When I worked I literally had clients who had used color their whole adult lives BUT they used quality salon products and ONLY those. The chemicals in the dye open the cuticle of the hair to do their purpose of depositing color and those cuticles never quite close completely once they are damaged. A good conditioner will close the cuticle for the moment but it's band-aid therapy. Next shampoo you're back to square one.
Hair coloring...quick question!!!!!!?
I think it makes it both weak and dry. Its from all the chemicals found in hair dye.
