i have dark brow hair and want to use that hair dye that washes out in like a month...not permenant stuff if i dye it darker with that will it be really shiny and soft like a pretty dark brow will it look good??

Yes. Actually with the wash out dyes you can only go darker. (You can't lighten without lifting levels). You have to be extremely careful, though. Even with a temporary, it can still cause major eye damage.

Going darker usually doesn't work well. Going lighter is easier.

Use a good brand or your hair will look dry and you'll hate it.
