i want to color my gray hair. i'm 37. i have doubt coloring hair not gray my hair further or some other ill effects like falling hair.

just remember dont die it but every 3 weeks..... and dont bleach it but every month or so if you dont follow that then yeah you have a good chance of having it break or fall out

Coloring your hair is actually good. Bleaching it out is what kills it and makes it break off. If you are going to be doing this yourself, make sure you buy a product which states that it will cover gray. Gray hair is the hardest to cover, and if you do not use the right product it will just wash out. Instead of going to a Wal Mart etc, go to a beauty supply store. You can get so many more colors and different dyes, and in my opinion they are much better than the boxed stuff. Think about this, when you go to a salon, do they use a box off of the shelf?...nope! if you go to the salon, they have natural herb ingredient hair colors. i gues herbal essence carries a hair color that is safe. but yes die is extrememly bad for your hair specially if not used properly. so i would just let a professional do it.im sure you still look great with out coloring it though! good luck

try to use pure herbal colour like HENNA. this wont do any harm and even helps the hair and scalp recover from any sickness. youll look great!

Okay Okay Now you need the real Solution to your prob. I have it! Don't use ANY chemicals on your hair to keep it healthy. Use a Shampoo In toner (many colors available at Beauty Supply).. Has NO chemicals. Or if you just want a cover up- did you know they make a Colored Mousse that actually helps in the styling process.

Not at all...unless you go for the quality products your hair remains well and good...so need not worry...and more over....try l'oreal its good ...i have colured my hair since 15 am 18 now my hair is more sexier than before...
