i asked my midwife if it was safe to colour my hair and she said yes..I also got it done i few times at the hairdressers when i was pregnant and my hairdresser was also pregnant and she said it was fine to do it.So i dyed my hair during my 1st 2nd n nw my 3rd pregnancy.i also straighten my hair everyday i dont think it can do anything it just makes my hair very dry...

I personal have colored my hair, but try to wait and not do it often. I also limit how much I put on my hair. I do touch ups.
