I have natural dark brown hair. I just dyed my hair a light red. I now want to put in light brown highlights all over my head. I need to know if I color my hair after just coloring it, would it come out the color I want? Is mixing hair dye bad? Should I wait a couple weeks to do this?

If you want to mix hair dye, go let a professional do it. And wait a while before redying your hair, you can really dry it out and damage it.

I think you should use moisturizing shampoo or something so your hair won't get really dry Oh yeah and also wait at least a week...The chemical may be really harsh on your hair.

One time I dyed my hair and didn't like it, so I dyed it a different color the very next day, came out fine
