Ever since I started going gray and coloring my hair, I've noticed that my hair falls out a lot. I'm a 36 year old woman. I hate to stop coloring because then I'd have all white hair. Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to stop it.

You might want to go have it done by a professional. They can tell you if it's a problem with your hair or if it's maybe a medical problem. They can also give you alternatives if it is the coloring that's doing it.

The chemicals in the permanent dyes are very harsh on your hair. use a wash out if possible they have less ammonia and you can experiment with color.plus moisturize with a cholesterol with ginseng conditioner it will strenthen and repair damaged hair.Good Luck!
