I have been coloring my hair for a long time, and now it just feels dry and "not pretty" anymore. It seems i can not get it to look nice no matter what..I assume there is too much damage. If i just go cold turkey and not color or anything except a trimming the ends, until it's all natural again, will it look normal again, or can it be damaged completely?

Yes, it will. It's always a good idea to give your hair a break in between color treatments for a few months so you don't dry it out and fry it.

First stop coloring it. Then they have special conditioners for damaged hair. So get one of those. Dont start coloring it right away after it gets better. natural is always more healthier.

If you let it grow back out it'll be fine. What's damaged are dead cells and won't repair themselves, but they're replaced by new ones.
