Hair coloring/dying?

i like the style where you have one color on top and another on bottom. i think i am going to get it but i am not sure what color will look best on me. i have dark brown/black hair. with a little bit of redish, but you cant see it. what color will look best on the bottom of my hair? thanks in advaced

Being A Color Spec. I have learned that having the lighter color on the top always look nicer. When you put the darker color on the top, it just looks like you're hair is growing out. It all depends on what color scheme you're looking for. If you want it dramatic then you should have a 5-6 level difference. For a more suble look use only a 3-4 level difference.
