Not a good idea. The dye will sink into your scalp, the chemicals into your bloodstream. Unless you have massive amounts of gray and cannot stomach the sight of yourself, I wouldn't do it.

It is safe while pregnant ,be sure to be in a well ventalated room,personally I would wait until I had my baby before doing it,This also goes for tatoos also you can get one while you are pregnant but why put the baby in distress when you can wait a few months:)

honey it is fine it was even okayed by my doc he did warn that it may not turn out the right color but it is okay. my stylist said it was fine too i got mine professionally done and it turned out awesome!!

It's safe. I didn't color my hair during the first trimester while I was pregnant, but I did every 6 weeks in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. The only problem I had was being under the dryer when I was like 9 months pregnant. I was too hot, so they just let me sit and let the color develop. It takes a little longer, but the results are the same.

It is a debated topic, but it's better safe than sorry. It is true that the chemicals can soak into your scalp and therfore bloosdstream. And yes it will NOT turn out the color you want. I made the mistake of dying my hair while pregnant with my lil boy, dyed it many times before. BUT when I did it while pregnant it turned out an awful brassy red. I have seen worse as well. SOO, wait till that beautifil baby comes out. It's worth having roots than risking a chemical imbalance or other probs for another couple months! Good Luck and God Bless!
